Plot summary
The Dragon Lady runs a casino in Hong Kong and the local drug trade. Two government agents, Matthew Johnson and Melvin Johnson, are captured on a mission there, and their fellow operative Cleopatra Jones travels to the city to rescue them. She pairs up with Mi Ling Fong, and the case leads the two women to the Dragon Lady's casino, which is in fact the headquarters of her underground drug empire. The Dragon Lady is feared.
