Plot summary
Night of the Living Dead, George A. Romero's 1968 horror movie, is the subject of a documentary that gathers critics, authors and filmmakers to talk about its impact and its long life. Romero describes the background, the production and the distribution, including how the film ended up in the public domain by accident. Larry Fessenden points to its postmodern streak, noting a horror movie playing inside a horror movie, and Gale Anne Hurd cites it as an influence on her own work.
