Bob Ryan is delighted to be offered a sales executive job in dodgy Winston Mills's St. Augustine, Florida real estate development firm, actually to persuade an old friend to sell the last missing land for a major project on the beach. His twins Kevin and Ryan meanwhile commit to help the animal rescue saving Barnie, badly sunburned dolphin separated from his ocean family. They stumble onto a plot involving the corrupt mayor to wreck the dolphins home for everyone and go to great lengths to bring proof in time.
