Ravi Kumar, a former Delhi officer who defied orders and killed corrupt criminals, is brought back for the mission. With the Interpol agent Mahavir Ahuja, Commissioner Awasthi and the helpers Raja and Rana, he sets out across several countries to take the reel before it reaches the wrong hands.
