Plot summary
After eight years away, 216, a robot from the planet GORA, arrives in Istanbul with a request for his old friend Arif: he wants to live as a human. The neighbors protest against him, so Arif turns on Ceku's time machine to escape, and the machine carries them to 1969. Arif introduces 216 as Ali, a circus clown. When Arif's watch is stolen, he chases the thieves into an alley, where they meet Pembeşeker, and 216 pulls her from the path of a car. Pembeşeker's family, a musical troupe, takes them in, and 216 joins the act to raise funds for her eye surgery.
