Plot summary
Duke Marco is condemned to death after a trial for murder. He had raised his younger brother Chet and their sister as a father. Chet's paranoia and psychosis grow worse, and neither his sister nor his best friend nor his girlfriend can ease them. He slides further out of touch with the reality around him. The people near him seem, in his own mind, tied to the trial that condemned Duke, and the suspicion deepens.
