Plot summary
Fresh out of prison, Terry Dean plans a bank robbery with a twist: he hijacks the security cameras to show television programs, then walks in dressed as a celebrity. His first job, as Willie Nelson, comes off, but outside he shoves a boy out of the path of a van and takes the hit himself. In the hospital he dreams that God appears and grants him a second chance, serving as an angel in training to save his soul. He hands the stolen money to a church and follows a series of signs to another town, where Steve Garner and his sister Rose run a youth center.
