Advantages of Travelling by Train (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Helga Pato, a literary editor, arrives home to find her husband out of his mind and has him admitted to a psychiatric hospital in the north. Traveling back by train, she is approached by a man who asks whether she would like to hear about his life. He gives his name as Ángel Sanagustín and says he is a psychiatrist, and the tale he has to tell is the hardest clinical case he has ever handled: Martín Urales de Úbeda, a paranoid. Sanagustín has put it together from what he was told by Martín's sister, Amelia. In that account Martín flies as a fighter pilot in Kosovo, takes up with Dr. Linares, who works at a children's hospital there, and, through a client of hers, Cristóbal de la Hoz, is drawn into a criminal arrangement.
