Plot summary
Raquel Crespo needs 35,000 euros to hand to a corrupt social services worker so she can get her daughter Alba back. She goes to the Nortcaja branch in Bilbao's Santutxu neighborhood and asks the manager, Elías, for a loan, offering her parents' house as security. Elías brings in the teller Cristina to open the account and complete the operation. Before it is done, Jonan, a drug addict, and Lola walk in to rob the branch. They seal the doors and hold those inside: Raquel, the girls Iratxe and Daryna, the computer technician Mikel, Cristina, Elías and the guard Gregorio. Outside, the Ertzaina surrounds the branch, and Carlos Garay and Eva Domínguez try to communicate with the two robbers.
