Plot summary
In 1980, Wayne Montgomery is a young surfer from California. He is framed on phony drug charges and thrown into a Peruvian political prison that holds communist dissidents. In the prison he meets a series of eccentric and dangerous characters. Those characters compel him to grow up in a hurry. They also push him to find a way to escape.
