Wolvesbayne (2009) on Netflix

Plot summary

In 1887 a vampire council defeats Lilith, the mother of all vampires, and four amulets keep her from returning to the world of the living. In the present, realtor Russell Bayne pressures Alex Layton to sell him her shop of esoteric goods. Driving home, he stops on a lonely road to help a young woman whose Volkswagen Beetle has broken down, and a werewolf attacks them. A couple of nights later, Russell transforms into a werewolf and turns to Alex, an occult shop owner, for help. The bite leaves him in the middle of a war among vampires, werewolves and human hunters. A vampire clan under Von Griem has broken from the others and is gathering the amulets so that their queen can rise again.
