Plot summary
Carol Hayes and her brother learn that a farmhouse in Micanopy, Florida, has come to them after their parents die, and they drive down with a group of friends to repair it. The place has a history they know nothing about. Fifty years before, Helena, a relative of the family, was burned as a witch there, with her daughter Rachel looking on, and Helena laid a curse on the town. After Helena died, she drew Rachel into throwing herself from a balcony. Demons and Helena's ghost haunt the house, and she intends to take revenge on the siblings and everyone who came with them.
