Plot summary
Hayri and Orhan run the Umut Müzik label, and after their latest act Hamit Hayran flops, they are heavily in debt. They have pinned their hopes on Ferhat Can, a Turkish singer based in Germany, and bring him to Istanbul to record. Ferhat falls for Melek, a model he first notices on a billboard. The recording is finished but there is no money to release it. The producers get him a slot on a talk show, but he is pushed aside for the established singer Tanju Gürsoy and ends up taking the stage himself. A woman named Firuze sees the broadcast, is impressed, and offers her backing to make him a star.
