Plot summary
Dean has spent four years on the waitstaff at Shenaniganz, and the news that a former classmate finished college and found an engineering job makes him take stock of his own life. Monty, a waiter who chases women for one-night stands, is assigned to train Mitch, and he walks the new hire through the staff, the game in which the men expose themselves to unsuspecting coworkers, and what the kitchen does to food sent back. Among the waitstaff are Serena, Monty's former girlfriend, the underage hostess Natasha, Dean's girlfriend Amy, Calvin, who cannot urinate in public, and Naomi. Manager Dan puts Dean in the running for assistant manager against Calvin. After a customer tips Dean poorly, an argument follows, and Dan sets a deadline for his answer.
