Plot summary
Niklas 'Nick' Tschiller is a German LKA agent in Hamburg, where he investigates crimes day in, day out with his partner, Yalcin Gümer. He steps away from the job to spend his break with his daughter, Lenny, but a personal case interrupts the break. Lenny has a plan of her own: she wants to kill the man who murdered her mother, and that man has ties to a crime organization in Turkey. When she drops out of sight, Nick worries about where she has gone and tracks her to Istanbul. From there his search carries him onward, across Europe and as far as Moscow.
