Sunnyvale Trailer Park is in decline, and next to it Jim Lahey has built a posh new park of his own. Ricky, Julian and Bubbles come home from two years in prison with plans: Julian says he is going straight and opening a legitimate business, Ricky intends to pass his Grade 12 exam, and Bubbles finds his kittens in an animal shelter with a bill of thousands of dollars to get them out. Ricky and Julian rob a liquor store to raise money.
