Trailer

Plot summary

Steven Grlscz lives in London and can walk in daylight, eat ordinary food and go without a coffin, but he is a vampire who must take blood once a month or die. Only a woman who loves him will do, so he studies each woman he chooses and wins her trust first. He pulls Maria Vaughan back from a Tube platform, and they start seeing each other. Later he sketches Anne Levels, an asthmatic structural engineer, at a factory, and they meet again in a coffee shop and arrange a date. Inspector Healey and Sergeant Roche question Steven about a woman he had been seeing, and they begin to follow him.
