The Dynamite Brothers (1974) on Netflix

Plot summary

Larry Chin, a martial arts expert from Hong Kong, comes into the country through a port in San Francisco, looking for Wei Chin, his brother, who vanished years before. Men in the pay of Burke, a police officer, try to stop him, and Larry fights them off. Through his cousin he learns of a Watts address where Wei was last seen. Burke takes him into custody on the road south and chains him to Stud Brown. Stud makes a distraction, letting the two get away, and they make their way to Los Angeles alongside Betty Fon, a driver who assists them. At the address, a bar belonging to the Smiling Man, they find themselves in a gang war with Razor, who wants to sell drugs in the city.
