Shuttle (2008) on Netflix

Plot summary

After a weekend in Mexico, Melanie and Jules land in Massachusetts late one night. While they wait for their bags, Seth and Matt flirt with them. Melanie learns her luggage has not arrived and an airline representative tells her to return in the morning. She and Jules decide to share a shuttle downtown with another passenger, Andy; Seth and Matt climb aboard just before it departs. The driver exits the highway onto a deserted side road, telling the group it is a faster route. Another car then forces the shuttle off the road, and in the dark the driver finds a flat tire.
