Vicky Dawson

Vicky Dawson is an American film and television actress who started performing as a teenager, first in commercials for Coca-Cola and Hershey Chocolate. Born in Columbus, Ohio and raised in Summit, New Jersey, she attended New York University. Her early credits include a supporting part opposite Jodie Foster in the 1973 ABC Afterschool Special Rookie of the Year, and in 1977 she was in the main cast of Lovers and Friends, an NBC series. She also starred in The Four of Us, a television film, and in the drama Breaking Up, and played Eileen Simpson on Another World. Joseph Zito gave her the lead in the slasher film The Prowler (1981), and she took a supporting part in Carbon Copy (1981), a comedy. She also appeared on Hot Hero Sandwich and, starting in 1982, had a recurring guest role on As the World Turns.
