Steve Inwood
Biography
Steve Inwood, born in 1947, was an American actor whose screen roles came mainly in the early 1980s, in films such as Fame (1980), Prince of the City (1981) and Staying Alive (1983). Those three features were released within a few years of one another. Once that period of movie work was behind him, he shifted toward television, and his credits from then on were largely in productions made for the small screen. He carried on in television for a number of years, and in the late 1990s he retired from films and television. Steve Inwood died in 2025, at the age of 78, and was buried at Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery.
