Sachi Parker
Biography
Sachi Parker is an American actress who moved into film and television after a series of jobs outside acting. Born in Los Angeles in 1956, she taught skiing in New Zealand, waited tables in Hawaii, spent five years as a Qantas Airways flight attendant, and briefly worked as an au pair in Paris. In 1981 she went back to Los Angeles and set out to become an actress. Her television work includes Equal Justice, Alien Nation, and Star Trek: The Next Generation, while her small film roles include Stick (1985), About Last Night... (1986), Peggy Sue Got Married, and Bad Influence. She has also done small local theater and appeared in The Witch of the West Is Dead, a 2009 Japanese film that screened at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. In 2013, Penguin Group published her autobiography, Lucky Me.
