Randy Couture
Biography
Randy Couture is an American actor, mixed martial arts commentator, and former UFC champion who was born in Everett, Washington and wrestled at Oklahoma State University. After serving in the U.S. Army from 1982 to 1988, he began his professional mixed martial arts career at UFC 13 in 1997 and went on to become a six-time UFC champion, the first fighter to win titles in two divisions, and a 2006 inductee of the UFC Hall of Fame. He moved into acting while still commentating for the UFC and Bellator, playing the commentator Terry Flynn in Redbelt (2008) and starring in The Scorpion King 2: Rise of a Warrior (2008). He played Toll Road in The Expendables (2010) and its sequels, took the lead as a cop in Hijacked (2012), and appeared in Setup (2011) and The Hard Way (2019).

Couture was stripped of the UFC heavyweight title in 1998 when he signed with Vale Tudo Japan instead of defending against Bas Rutten, then lost his only match there to Enson Inoue by armbar in just over 90 seconds.
