Olivia Stambouliah graduated from Theatre Nepean in 2004 and was previously trained at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in 2001. Olivia established herself in award-winning Australian TV dramas including Seven's "Packed to the Rafters", Penny Chapman's "My Place", Jan Chapman's "The Silence", John Edward's "Dangerous" and Foxtel's "Crime Investigation Australia". More recently Ben Elton cast Olivia in his SNL-style comedy series "Ben Elton Live from Planet Earth". Olivia's film credits include Academy Award winner Emile Sherman's "Dead Europe", the lead role in "My Sister and I" mentored by Jane Campion and pre-selected for Cannes in 2007, "April in July" winning the Jury Award at the New York Film Festival in 2008 and Rebel Penfold-Russell's "Willfull". Olivia's theatre credits include the Sydney Theatre Company's "Bambert's Book of Missing Stories (under artistic directors Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton) and the lead roles in "References to Salvador Dali make me hot", "Medea", "Taming of the Shrew" and "The Visit".
