  1. A first

A casting call gave Kenney an uncredited role in Jerry Lewis's 1961 movie The Ladies Man, the only "A" movie she appeared in. She said she got the part because Lewis liked her walking down stairs in rhythm to music.

  2. Getting ready for a role

Kenney provided her own wardrobe for a number of her film parts. For Attack of the Puppet People, the dress she wore was custom made by a friend from her dance school.
