Jordan Gelber

Jordan Gelber is an American actor and singer who was born in the Bronx and grew up on Long Island. He trained at the National Theater Institute and completed a master's degree in acting at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2000. He originated the role of Brian, a struggling comedian, in the Tony Award-winning musical Avenue Q on Broadway. His Broadway credits also include All My Sons, Elf the Musical and a 2017 revival of Sunday in the Park With George. Off Broadway he appeared in Realism, Jump! and Birth and After Birth, and in 2019 he played Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls at The Muny. On television he has a recurring role on Elementary and has appeared on Boardwalk Empire, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Mr. Robot. His film work includes Dark Horse (2011) and Bleed for This (2016).
