Biography
Casper Smart is a dancer, choreographer, and actor who built his career from dance. Raised in Orange County, California, he took up krumping at 18, won a contest held by choreographer Debbie Allen a year later, and joined the Tommy the Clown crew. His dancing led to choreography work and creative director spots for recording artists and corporate brands, and he moved into acting with early roles on Glee, How I Met Your Mother, Step Up: 3D, Honey 2 (2011), and Dance Flick. Later credits include the features The Perfect Match (2016), Street (2015), Restored Me, and Wild for the Night, the lead in the short Pepsi's Beats of the Beautiful Game, guest parts on Benched, Shades of Blue, and The Big Bang Theory, and a judging role on the second season of truTV's Fake Off.
