Plot summary
FBI agent John Anticev reviews terrorist training tapes while a New Jersey officer pulls over El Sayyid Nosair, who says he runs a car dealership and is sent on his way. Emad Salem introduces himself to the Bureau as an informant, with a record as an intelligence officer behind him, but the Bureau is slow to use him; he brings Agent Nancy Floyd photographs of the men and asks for a weekly salary. In September 1992 Ramzi Yousef arrives in the United States with Ahmad Ajaj; Ajaj's papers fail verification, and Yousef, who holds several IDs and no visa, asks for political asylum, while inspectors find bomb diagrams among Ajaj's belongings.
