Plot summary
Sanjay Chaturvedi is an IT engineer at a Mumbai bank, where Karina D'Souza also works, and both dream of owning a home. Neither earns enough to buy one alone, and problems in their personal lives hold them back. Sanjay's boss, Rashi Khurana, is involved with him but will not leave her husband, Kashin, and Karina is betrothed to Samuel Misquitta while her mother, Blossom D'Souza, stands in the way of her plans. When Sanjay learns of a joint housing scheme, he asks Karina to apply with him. She agrees, and as an unmarried couple trying to buy an apartment, they meet one problem after another.
