Plot summary
Ravi's father was a police officer who died, and Ravi joins the Kota Bommali station as a constable, assisting Head Constable Rama Krishna, a colleague of his father. The station is assigned security for a by-election in Tekkali that the ruling party badly wants to win. A local goon, Munna, who is related to constable Kumari, is brought in for harassing her; Ravi and Rama Krishna scuffle with him and lock him in a cell, but he is released without charges because of his political ties. After a wedding, a drunk Rama Krishna, Ravi and Kumari take a lift from Rama Krishna's nephew Rahul, and their vehicle collides with a motorbike. The rider, Raja Rao, a friend of Munna, is declared dead, and the three flee.
