Plot summary

In Hong Kong, an investigative reporter named Kay hears a tip about a home for people with disabilities, where staff are said to be abusing the residents who live there. She goes undercover inside the home to check the allegations for herself. The screenplay was inspired by two separate scandals at Hong Kong nursing homes. In 2015 the Cambridge Nursing Home was exposed after some of the female residents were stripped and left outside while they waited for showers. A year later, a former director of a second home, Bridge of Rehabilitation, was convicted of assaulting an underage female resident who was visually impaired.
