Plot summary
In a city devastated by nuclear war, clean water is scarce, and the powerful Mr. Kim holds what is left. He and the Colonel plan to topple The President, drawing in the religious leader Chong Hon and Inspector Lau to set an uprising in motion. Tung-Tung is imprisoned. Ching, once the Invisible Girl, chooses to stand with The President, and the agent Tak stays loyal to him. Chat, the bounty hunter known as the Thief Catcher, goes in search of water that can be drunk, taking her nephew Cindy along. The three women once fought together as the Heroic Trio.
