Plot summary
Mazhar has been out of touch with Cemal, Kenan and Suzan for thirty years, and the three have gone their separate ways. Then he asks them to come and see him in the village where they were born. Cemal has trained as an astronaut but has never flown; Kenan earns a living dubbing home videos; Suzan teaches kindergarten. Cemal talks the other two into making the long drive with him. In Hasanlar they learn that their father is dead, and that his will asks for the burial to wait for the butterflies that come to the village to die. The three stay on in Hasanlar until then.
