Plot summary
Genetisharp, a biotechnology company, uses flesh-regeneration machines and a strand of DNA to create living dinosaurs and pterosaurs. The creatures are made for a museum exhibit, and they escape it and terrorize Los Angeles. The animals loose in the city include a giant Ceratosaurus, a raptorlike Carnotaurus, a Spinosaurus that climbs buildings, and a Pteranodon. Gabe Jacobs, a former firefighter, has a teenage daughter in the city, and he sets out to rescue her.
