The Video Dead (1987) on Netflix

Plot summary

A writer named Henry Jordan is sent a television set he never asked for. It receives one program only, an unending black and white zombie movie called Zombie Blood Nightmare, and the picture keeps playing even after he pulls the plug. Zombies step off the screen and attack him, and the house passes to new owners. Three months on, Jeff and Zoe Blair reach the house before their parents, who are returning to the United States after years away. Jeff befriends a dog walker named April, and the animal she is walking slips into the woods, where the escaped zombies have taken up residence. That afternoon Joshua Daniels knocks, asking for the television set.
