The End? (2017) on Netflix

Plot summary

Claudio Verona is a successful but self-centered businessman. He is on his way to an important meeting when the elevator in his office building stops between floors, leaving him alone inside. He calls his wife Lorena and speaks to the building's maintenance technicians over the lift intercom, but nobody comes to help. His patience runs out, and he forces the lift doors apart, only to find the gap too narrow to squeeze through. Unknown to him, an infectious virus is spreading through the city and changing ordinary people into aggressive zombies. He has his mobile phone as his only source of information. From inside the stalled car he can watch what the virus does to the people around him, and the small space he wanted to leave begins to look like the safest place in the building.
