Plot summary
Henry Altmann is fuming in Brooklyn traffic, bound for a doctor's appointment, when a taxi slams into his car and he turns his temper on the driver. At the hospital his own doctor is away, so Dr. Sharon Gill is covering for him and looks at the scans of his brain. She tells him his aneurysm carries a poor prognosis. Henry erupts, insisting she tell him how long he has. Sharon panics and answers 90 minutes. Henry storms off, and Sharon, who now fears for her job and her license, sets out to find him and get him into care. He shows up at the family law firm, where his brother Aaron is with clients, and asks what a man with 90 minutes should do.
