Tracey Cherelle Jones

Tracey Cherelle Jones is an actress, writer and designer who first performed as a child, landing a national McDonald's commercial at eight years old, which led to more commercials and print work. After earning a college degree in Pan African Studies, she played the lead female role in Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood (1996), directed by Paris Barclay. More studio films followed, including The Players Club, directed by Ice Cube, and Baby Boy (2001), directed by John Singleton. On television she played Cassie Coleman as a series regular on Good News, appeared in several episodes of Men, Women, and Dogs, and guested on Family Matters, The Wayan's Bros. and The Jaimie Foxx Show. She went on to write two pilots and a feature film, produced and hosted the pilot Living Large, and later studied interior design in graduate school.
