Scott Anthony Leet
Biography
Scott Anthony Leet is an actor who became known for playing criminals and heavies, a range that runs from a Mississippi ex-con in Out in 50 to a biker gang leader in Deon Taylor's Traffik (2018), a serial killer in Freeway Killer (2009) and a fiery bassist in Groupie (2010). He also appeared in The Prometheus Project as an Irish security expert brought back to life. On film he worked with Todd Phillips on The Hangover 3 and with Ben Affleck on Argo, which took best picture at the 2012 Academy Awards. His television work included guest roles on Justified, The Mentalist, Castle, CSI: Miami and Californication, and on the series Chemistry he played a country singer called Highway, writing and singing his own songs. Peers, casting directors and critics alike respected his ability to move between charm and menace.
