Karl Yune
Biography
Karl Yune is an American actor who grew up in Washington, D.C. After beginning with business, literature, and philosophy, he changed to a theater course at Columbia University School of the Arts. His first leading role in a studio film came as Tran, a guide in Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid (2004). He went on to appear as Koichi in Memoirs of a Geisha (2005) and as Tak Mashido in Real Steel (2011). On television he played Maseo Yamashiro in the third season of Arrow. His other credits include Forbidden Warrior, the short film Miracle Mile, which earned several awards, and Hold Up. He has also acted in Off-Broadway plays and done fashion modeling. He has been credited as Carl Yune and Karl Hahn.
