Frederic Doss

Biography

Frederic Doss is an actor who came to performing relatively late, discovering it in his senior year of high school and studying theater at Missouri Southern State University before earning a bachelor's degree in sociology. He served in the US Air Force, and in 2006, while he was stationed in New Mexico at Holloman AFB, he was pulled back toward acting and worked in front of the camera for Michael Bay on Transformers, his first film part. A deployment to Afghanistan followed, and after returning he left the service and settled in Texas. Beyond acting, Doss has worked as a producer, director and assistant director, and he has the unusual distinction of being killed on screen by both the Decepticons and Cobra.
