Dana Lyn Baron

Dana Lyn Baron is an American actress and voiceover artist who started in musical theater. She made her professional debut at 16 in a production of 42nd Street with the San Diego Civic Light Opera. She relocated to Los Angeles to study at UCLA, where she majored in mass communications while continuing to perform in musical theater off campus. Training at the La Jolla Playhouse Summer Conservatory and apprenticing to Bill Irwin gave her early experience. She then attended the British American Drama Academy at Oxford University. After graduating, she settled in New York City and shifted from musical theater to film, producing short films and volunteering at the Sundance Film Festival, which introduced her to acting coach Susan Batson. In 2002 she returned to Los Angeles to pursue voiceover work, and she has also worked with the Rogue Machine Theatre and The Road Theatre Company.
