Brian Bosworth
Biography
Brian Bosworth is a former professional football linebacker turned American actor who spent three seasons with the Seattle Seahawks. Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, he played for the Oklahoma Sooners, where he was a unanimous All-American and the only player to win the Butkus Award more than once as the nation's top college linebacker. Seattle chose him with the first pick of the 1987 NFL supplemental draft. After his playing days, he moved into acting, starring in the action film Stone Cold (1991) and later taking roles in low-budget movies such as One Man's Justice and in the Fox series Lawless. He also worked as a color commentator for XFL broadcasts and as a college football studio analyst for TBS. He has judged episodes of Chopped, and in 2015 he was chosen for the College Football Hall of Fame.

Big break
Bosworth missed the deadline to declare for the 1987 NFL draft, so six weeks later Seattle took him first in the supplemental draft. He had sent the Seahawks a letter of disinterest.
A change of course
Bosworth's company manufactured the "What's a Boz Worth? Nothing" T-shirts that 10,000 Denver fans wore to mock him before a season opener.
