Brandon Call

Brandon Call is an American actor who started performing as a child in 1984. His earliest work came in guest parts on Simon & Simon and Hotel, and his first film role was voicing a fairy in Disney's The Black Cauldron (1985). During the same year he began a recurring part on the NBC daytime drama Santa Barbara, which brought him two Young Artist Awards. After that series ended for him in 1987, he appeared on two episodes of St. Elsewhere and worked on The Charmings. In 1989 he took on the part of Hobie Buchannon for Baywatch's opening season on NBC, then left the show to focus on school. A return to movies followed with Blind Fury (1989), opposite Rutger Hauer, and The Adventures of Ford Fairlane (1990). Before 1991 ended, he had joined the ABC comedy Step by Step as J.T. Lambert, a show that later moved to CBS, and he retired from acting after its run.
