Alex Arsenault

Alex Arsenault is an actor who began in children's television and went on to stage and screen work. Raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, he joined the repertory company of Incredible Story Studio at 13; that children's show had won a Gemini Award. He moved to Calgary in 2005 and trained at Company of Rogues Actor's Studio, also performing with the Rogues company in St. Scarlet and Cowtown. Other early credits included CBC's Heartland, Passchendaele, a Genie Award winning World War I drama by Paul Gross, and Renegade press.com, another Gemini recipient. In 2008 he appeared in Downstage Performance Society's Habitat and earned Theatre Calgary's Stephen Hair Emerging Actor Award. Later stage work included Ground Zero Theatre's The Lieutenant of Inishmore. He co-founded Newborn Theatre Collective and co-produced and acted in its first show, Neena Beber's Jump-Cut. His screen credits also include Caprica, Supernatural, Fairly Legal and Tucker and Dale vs. Evil (2010).
