Plot summary
Real estate agents are being murdered by a psychopath nicknamed the Open House Killer. A broker showing a house finds the fourth victim, a realtor, dead in the washroom. Outside the office Lisa runs, a figure searches the garbage and leaves with seller listings that were thrown out. One of those listings leads the killer to a house where he kills a realtor and a buyer with a plunger fitted with razor blades. He then telephones David Kelley, a radio psychologist at KDRX.
