Plot summary
Matt and Sam are lifelong friends who run a novelty gift shop together, and both are chasing the next great idea. Matt's inventions have not been working, and Sam's sales pitch is not much better. The shop brings in too little, so the two of them ask Gina for money; Gina wants to help, but she knows about their past gambling and fears it has returned, and she is not sure she can trust Matt. When their money runs out and the friendship is strained, they take ordinary jobs. Matt believes one good product could still turn things around for them.
