Good Manners (2017) on Netflix

Plot summary

Ana, wealthy and pregnant, is looking for a nanny. Clara arrives without experience or references and is nearly turned away, until Ana is seized by cramping and Clara helps her through it; Ana hires her on the spot as a live-in housekeeper and the child's future nanny. The two women grow close during the pregnancy. On her twenty-ninth birthday, drunk, Ana explains that her family cut her off after she refused the abortion they wanted, and that the pregnancy came from an affair. Her doctors have told her to eat no meat. One night Clara finds her at the refrigerator, is kissed, and then scratched until she bleeds; by morning Ana recalls nothing.
