DysFunktional Family (2003) on Netflix

Plot summary

Eddie Griffin performs live at the Star Plaza Theatre in Merrillville, Indiana, and most of what is shown is his stage act. Between sets he returns to Kansas City, Missouri, where his relatives live, and visits his mother along with two of his uncles, Buckey, who once worked as a pimp, and Curtis, who made a living directing pornographic films and keeps a large collection of them, several of which he shot himself. Griffin presents these people as the root of his humor, and the reunion footage runs alongside the concert. His stage material covers subjects that include terrorism and Michael Jackson.
