Plot summary

Masaki is a shiftless, inattentive young man with a job at a gas station and a place on a baseball team that rarely wins a game. The team is managed by Mr. Iguchi, a former yakuza. When its coach is threatened and attacked by local gangsters, Masaki and a teammate decide to travel to Okinawa to buy guns and take their revenge. There they meet Uehara, a tough gangster who is deep in debt to the yakuza and has a revenge plan of his own. Uehara takes the two boys under his wing from the moment they arrive, and they drift further into his company, with unsettling results.
